Completion of Summit Pointe’s newest retail, office and residential spaces at 555 Belaire and the Helix Apartments is right around the corner! As we move closer to the grand opening of these spaces in mid-2020, Summit Pointe welcomes the new businesses that will locate in these signature properties.
In addition to the retail, office, and residential spaces currently underway, a new parking deck will also be built at Summit Pointe. This parking deck, located north of the Dollar Tree campus, will offer 1,500 parking spaces for Dollar Tree employees. As the Summit Pointe community grows, this space will help ensure that the community can be easily accessed, with more space for residents, employees, and Coastal Virginia locals becoming available in the existing parking deck.

Summit Pointe is proud to announce our participation in the 2020 Chesapeake State of the City event for a third consecutive year. This event was held Friday, February 28th at 700 Conference Center Drive, Chesapeake, VA. The Summit Pointe Realty team attended the event.
