Construction and Leasing Update
Chris Williams, Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at Dollar Tree, Inc., presented a progress report on Summit Pointe at the Chesapeake State of the City 2020 event hosted by the Hampton Roads Chamber. The event, led by Chesapeake Mayor Rick West, acts as an annual forum for Chesapeake’s business, civic and community leaders to learn about development initiatives and progress.
