Summit Pointe’s first office and restaurant tenants have become a part of the community, just in time for our Phase Two grand opening!
Wasserhund Brewing Company, our first restaurant tenant, is a Virginia Beach-based brewery offering authentic German-style beer and a unique pizza menu. The brewery leased 4,000 square feet of prime, street-level space at 510 Belaire Avenue. Wasserhund’s strong local following, commitment to the community, and fun-filled atmosphere are sure to draw a friendly crowd to Summit Pointe following their grand opening in Summer 2021.
Davis Law, PLC will occupy the first office space in Summit Pointe’s brand-new office tower, 555 Belaire. Based in Chesapeake, Davis Law, PLC provides legal services for businesses in commercial litigation as well as business transactions with national and international businesses including Fortune 100 companies. It helps its clients achieve growth through mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations and intellectual property management. The law firm has leased 3,000 square feet of office space and is expected to occupy the space by the end of 2020.
Summit Pointe is zoned for 500,000 square feet of commercial space and is now leasing street-level retail and restaurant space as well as 150,000 SF of Class A office space in 555 Belaire.
